活動期間，顧客凡於星皓廣場參與商户以現金或電子支付方式消費，
- 憑即日單筆消費滿澳門幣$300或以上的有效機印發票或消費存根，即可換領JOGUMAN禮品 或 CGV戲院禮券 乙份；
- 憑即日單筆消費滿澳門幣$600或以上的有效機印發票或消費存根，即可換領JOGUMAN特別版燈籠、JOGUMAN禮品或CGV戲院禮券 乙份。
* 請仔細閱讀下列條款及細則，一旦參與本活動，即表示顧客已充分理解並同意遵守本條款及細則的全部內容。
「JOGUMAN 澳門假期 – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @星皓廣場」中秋活動流程：
- 顧客移步至星皓廣場2樓的禮品換領櫃檯，關注星皓廣場Facebook專頁，並向活動工作人員出示合資格收據正本。
- 顧客於問卷系統上填妥基本個人資料後，輸入消費金額並挑選禮物生成禮品兌換二維碼。
- 活動工作人員於系統輸入單據資料、掃瞄單據及蓋上印章，即發還給顧客。
- 活動工作人員成功核銷有效的禮品兌換二維碼後，顧客即可換領JOGUMAN特別版燈籠、JOGUMAN特別版禮品 或 CGV戲院禮券 乙份。
- 所有JOGUMAN特別版燈籠、JOGUMAN特別版禮品和CGV戲院禮券換領數量有限，換完即止。
「JOGUMAN 澳門假期 – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @星皓廣場」中秋活動條款及細則：
- 星皓廣場「JOGUMAN 澳門假期 – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @星皓廣場」中秋活動期間（24/9/2026 – 27/9/2026），顧客凡於星皓廣場參與商戶以現金或電子支付方式消費及關注星皓廣場Facebook專頁，於問卷系統上填妥基本個人資料後，
- 憑即日單筆消費滿澳門幣$300或以上的有效機印發票或消費存根，即可換領JOGUMAN特別版禮品 或 CGV戲院禮券 乙份；
- 憑即日單筆消費滿澳門幣$600或以上的有效機印發票或消費存根，即可換領JOGUMAN特別版燈籠、JOGUMAN禮品或CGV戲院禮券 乙份。
- 禮品兌換二維碼有效期為30分鐘，請於限時內兌換禮品，禮品兌換二維碼逾期失效。
- 活動工作人員在系統輸入單據資料、掃瞄單據及蓋上印章後，即發還給顧客。
- 所有即日機印發票或消費存根必須清晰列明位於星皓廣場參與商戶的名稱、地址、收據編號、收據日期、及消費金額。
- 如即日機印發票或消費存根於發出當日晚上9時45分後開具，顧客可於消費單據開具時間起計24小時內完成換領。於2026年9月27日開具的所有合資格收據正本，均必須於當日晚上10時或之前完成換領。
- 換領登記只接受正本之即日機印發票或消費存根。重印本、影印本、複印本、僞造收據、收據不清晰、收據編號重覆、已損毀或曾塗改之發票概不接受。
- 每張即日有效機印發票或消費存根只可用作換領一次，出示多張合資格收據正本則可獲得相應數量之換領機會，每日換領次數不限。顧客親臨禮品換領櫃檯換領JOGUMAN特別版燈籠, JOGUMAN禮品，或CGV戲院禮券，每人每次最多可使用5張收據換領登記。
- 活動工作人員有權向顧客索取機印發票或消費存根並即場蓋章、影印或拍照以作稽核之用。
- 活動工作人員有權要求顧客出示相關交易佐證，以核實機印發票或消費存根的真實性及有效性。
- 「JOGUMAN 澳門假期 – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @星皓廣場」中秋活動禮品換領地點設於星皓廣場2樓禮品換領櫃檯（PIZZAEXPRESS旁邊），兌換日期為24/9/2026 – 27/9/2026， 逾期作廢。
- JOGUMAN特別版燈籠，JOGUMAN禮品及CGV戲院禮券換領數量有限，先到先得，換完即止。詳情請參閱禮品換領櫃檯之最新告示。
- 星皓廣場並非禮品或禮券的供應商，如對JOGUMAN特別版燈籠，JOGUMAN禮品或CGV戲院禮券有任何疑問，查詢及跟進服務均由相關的供應商負責。顧客有責任自行檢查及核對所換領之禮品或禮券質量及數量，若事後發現換領之禮品或禮券損壞，或數量不正確，星皓廣場將不會承擔任何責任及後果。
- 顧客有責任自行檢查及核對所選之禮品，禮品兌換二維碼一經核銷換領後，在任何情況下，均不得取消、更改、退換、兌換現金及其他服務。
- JOGUMAN特別版燈籠，JOGUMAN禮品或CGV戲院禮券一經換領，若有損毀、遺失或被竊，星皓廣場將不會補發、替換或作出任何賠償、聲明及承擔任何責任與後果。
- JOGUMAN特別版燈籠，JOGUMAN禮品或CGV戲院禮券由供應商提供，宣傳圖片只供參考，一切以現場實物為準。
- 星皓廣場恕不負責任何由供應商提供的「JOGUMAN 澳門假期 – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @星皓廣場」中秋活動之相關事項或爭議，亦不承擔任何責任及賠償。
- 以下商戶的消費或交易均能用於參加星皓廣場「JOGUMAN 澳門假期 – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @星皓廣場」中秋活動：24/7 Fitness、6IXTY8IGHT、艾菲斯醫療中心II、AMEN FASHION、ANCO Dessert、安娜貝拉、養妍堂、優品360˚、CATALO、CGV 星皓廣場戲院、挑戰者、千笹日本料理、香頌、OK 便利店、電腦特區、兜兜、Dr. Kong 健康鞋專門店、悅緣四季、卓越眼鏡、GLYCEL、海雲台韓國料理、Hana's Art、喜茶、愛意式、IKEA宜家家居、愛思博、爀樂、KHG、KHG POP、兒童世界、名薈、愛素食、麻吉滿堂、萬寧、鮮芋仙、湄公小館、mi - tu、澳門小米、目作舍、OMyGirl beauty、ORiental TRaffic、PIZZAEXPRESS、彪馬、星巴克、Stecco Natura Gelaterie、太二酸菜魚、TASTE、天仁茗茶 喫茶趣、羚羊、元歲榮養、TONI&GUY湯尼英蓋、玩具"反"斗城、FunPark、UFUFU CAFÉ、UNIQUE X、粵匠私廚、位元堂、齒康牙科中心、真點心和寶可夢限定店。
- 消費金額只計算當日顧客於參與商戶內交易之現場實際支付金額（以訂單金額扣減由商戶及支付機構提供的優惠後之自資消費金額作計算）。任何於電子購物平台交易之現金券﹑代金券或團購產品﹑尚未付款或以貨品作兌換交易的消費金額均不接納。
- 參與商戶會員卡充值消費以顧客當日實際充值金額作計算，扣除會員卡餘額的消費金額均不接納。分期付款或貨品訂金以即日訂金或即日交易之金額計算，並不包括消費總額。
- 星皓廣場之職員以及星皓廣場之商戶員工均不得參加是次活動，以示公允。
- 星皓廣場有權暫停、更改或終止活動，添加、刪除或更改條款及細則而毋須另行通知，顧客不得異議。
- 任何人士參加是次活動，代表已細閱並同意及接受是次換領活動之所有條款及細則。
- 如有任何爭議，星皓廣場擁有裁決換領資格及參與是次活動之最終決定權，顧客不得異議。
- 本條款及細則的中英文版本若存在任何不一致之處，一概以中文版本為準。
*CGV 星皓廣場戲院消費的換領資格
- 憑即日於 CGV 星皓廣場戲院單筆購買滿澳門幣$300以上的有效機印發票或消費存根，出示所購買的 CGV 電影票正本，關注星皓廣場Facebook專頁，並於問卷系統上填妥基本個人資料後, 經活動工作人員核銷有效的禮品兌換二維碼後即可換領JOGUMAN特別版禮品 或 CGV戲院禮券 乙份；憑即日於 CGV 星皓廣場戲院單筆購買滿澳門幣$600以上的有效機印發票或消費存根，出示所購買的 CGV 電影票正本，關注星皓廣場Facebook專頁，並於問卷系統上填妥基本個人資料後, 經活動工作人員核銷有效的禮品兌換二維碼後即可換領JOGUMAN特別版燈籠、JOGUMAN禮品或CGV戲院禮券 乙份。凡換領過JOGUMAN特別版燈籠，JOGUMAN特別版禮品 或 CGV戲院禮券的電影票正本及有效機印發票將會被蓋上「已兌換」之印章，或；
- 憑即日多張總值滿$300 或以上的 CGV 電影票正本，關注星皓廣場Facebook專頁，並於問卷系統上填妥基本個人資料後，經活動工作人員核銷有效的禮品兌換二維碼後即可換領JOGUMAN特別版禮品 或 CGV戲院禮券 乙份。憑即日多張總值滿$600 或以上的 CGV 電影票正本，關注星皓廣場Facebook專頁，並於問卷系統上填妥基本個人資料後, 經活動工作人員核銷有效的禮品兌換二維碼後即可換領JOGUMAN特別版燈籠、JOGUMAN禮品或CGV戲院禮券 乙份。電影票總值等於每張當日電影票上列出的價格相加。凡換領過JOGUMAN特別版燈籠，JOGUMAN特別版禮品 或 CGV戲院禮券的電影票正本及有效機印發票將會被蓋上的當日電影票將會被蓋上「已兌換」之印章。

During the promotional period, Customers who spend via cash or electronic payment at participating merchants in NOVA Mall:
- Customers who spend MOP$300 on a single transaction or above are eligible to redeem a JOGUMAN gift or CGV Cinemas coupon.
- Customers who spend MOP$600 on a single transaction or above are eligible to redeem a JOGUMAN lantern, JOGUMAN gift or CGV Cinemas coupon.
*Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By participating in this promotional activity, customers acknowledge that they have fully understood and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions.
“JOGUMAN MACAU VACATION – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @NOVA Mall” Mid-Autumn Activity Redemption Mechanism:
- Customers present the corresponding valid and original on-day receipt(s) to the Redemption counter, 2/F in NOVA Mall and follow NOVA Mall’s Facebook page.
- Customers who filling their personal information in the online survey system, enter the spending amount and select a gift to generate a gift redemption QR code.
- Staff of this promotional activity input the receipt(s) information to the system, scan and stamp for validation. Stamped receipt(s) will be returned to customers afterwards.
- Customers could redeem a JOGUMAN lantern, JOGUMAN gift or a CGV Cinemas coupon after staff of this promotional activity verifies the gift redemption QR code.
- Quota of JOGUMAN lantern, JOGUMAN gift and CGV Cinemas coupon is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts.
“JOGUMAN MACAU VACATION – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @NOVA Mall” Mid-Autumn Activity Terms & Conditions:
- During the “JOGUMAN MACAU VACATION – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @NOVA Mall” Mid-Autumn Activity in NOVA Mall (24th September, 2026– 27th September, 2026), customers who spend via cash or electronic payment at participating merchants in NOVA Mall:
- Customers who spend MOP$300 on a single transaction or above are eligible to redeem a JOGUMAN gift or CGV Cinemas Coupon.
- Customers who spend MOP$600 on a single transaction or above are eligible to redeem a JOGUMAN lantern, JOGUMAN gift or CGV Cinemas coupon.
- The gift redemption QR code is valid for 30 minutes only. Please redeem the gift within the time limit. Expired QR code will automatically lapse.
- Staff of this promotional activity input the receipt(s) information to the system, scan and stamp for validation. Stamped receipt(s) will be returned to customers afterwards.
- All the on-day machine-printed receipts or valid receipts from valid transactions should clearly state the name of participating merchants at NOVA Mall, the address of the participating merchants, receipt number, receipt date, and spending amount.
- If the on-day machine-printed receipts or valid receipts issued after 9:45 PM may be redeemed within 24 hours from the time of issuance. All receipts issued on 27 September, 2026, must be redeemed before 10:00 PM on that day.
- Only on-day machine-printed receipts or valid receipts from valid transactions are accepted for redemption. Any reprinted, photocopied, duplicated, forged, damaged, defaced, faded or unclear receipts or receipts with the same receipt number will not be accepted.
- Each validated, on-day receipt can only be redeemed once. There is no limitation on the number of redemptions. Each customer can redeem maximum 5 receipts each time at the redemption counter.
- Staff of this promotional activity have the right to request the machine-printed receipt or valid receipt from customers to stamp, photocopy or photograph for verification purpose.
- Staff of this promotional activity have the right to request supporting transaction documentation from the customer to verify the authenticity and validity of the printed receipt or proof of purchase.
- Redemption location of the “JOGUMAN MACAU VACATION – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @NOVA Mall” Mid-Autumn Activity is at 2/F in NOVA Mall (next to PIZZAEXPRESS). Redemption period is 24th September, 2026 – 27th September, 2026. No dispute will be accepted on late redemption.
- Quota of premium gift and coupon is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts. More details are available on the Notice Board from the redemption counter.
- All the JOGUMAN lanterns, JOGUMAN gifts and CGV Cinemas coupons are provided by supplier, please approach the respective merchant for details if have any inquires. Customers are responsible for checking and verifying the quality and quantity of the premium gift and coupon at the time of redemption. NOVA Mall takes no responsibility for any premium gift and coupon defaced or shortfall afterward.
- Customers are responsible for checking the selected gift. Once the gift redemption QR code has been scanned and the gift has been redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, amended or exchanged for cash or other service.
- NOVA Mall shall not reissue, exchange or be held responsible for all warranties, obligations and liabilities if the redeemed premium gift or coupon is damaged, lost and stolen.
- All the JOGUMAN lanterns, JOGUMAN gifts and CGV Cinemas coupons are provided by supplier, pictures shown are for reference only, please refer to the actual product for accurate outcome.
- NOVA Mall shall not be responsible for any matters or disputes relating to the “JOGUMAN MACAU VACATION – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @NOVA Mall” Mid-Autumn Activity.

- The consumption amount is calculated based on the on-site actual amount paid by the customer at participating merchants on the day, which is the order amount minus any discounts provided by the merchant or payment platform. Any consumption amounts related to transactions on electronic shopping platforms, including cash vouchers, gift vouchers, group-buying products, or transactions involving unpaid items or items exchanges, are not accepted.
- For participating merchants' member card recharge purchases, the amount is calculated based on the actual recharge amount on that day. Consumption amounts that deduct the remaining balance on the member card are not accepted. Installment payments or deposits for goods are calculated based on the deposit or transaction amount on the day, and do not include the total consumption amount.
- To ensure the circumstances of “JOGUMAN MACAU VACATION – LEMONADE PLAYLAND @NOVA Mall” Mid-Autumn Activity is fair and equal, NOVA Mall Staff and NOVA Mall Merchants Staff are not eligible to participate.
- NOVA Mall reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate this activity. NOVA Mall has the right to add, delete or modify terms and conditions without prior notice. No dispute will be accepted.
- All participants are regarded as having read agreed and accepted all the terms and conditions.
- In any case of dispute, NOVA Mall reserves the right to make a final decision on redemption requirements and participation. No dispute will be accepted.
- In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version prevails.
* CGV Cinemas entry
- Present one single MOP$300 or above CGV cinemas on-day receipt with actual movie tickets purchased from the same receipt, follow NOVA Mall’s Facebook page and fill their personal information in the online survey system. After the staff of this promotional activity verifies the valid gift redemption QR code, costumers are eligible to redeem a JOGUMAN gift or CGV Cinemas coupon. Present one single MOP$600 or above CGV cinemas on-day receipt with actual movie tickets purchased from the same receipt, follow NOVA Mall’s Facebook page and fill in the online survey system with personal information. After the staff of this promotional activity verifies the valid gift redemption QR code, customers are eligible to redeem a JOGUMAN lantern, JOGUMAN gift or CGV Cinemas coupon. A "redeemed" stamp will be chopped on all tickets and receipts, or;
- Present multiple of actual on-day CGV cinemas movie tickets value of a total MOP$300 or above, follow NOVA Mall’s Facebook page and fill their personal information in the online survey system. After the staff of this promotional activity verifies the valid gift redemption QR code, costumers are eligible to redeem a JOGUMAN gift or CGV Cinemas coupon. Total movie ticket value will be added up with the price listed on the each on-day movie ticket. Present multiple of actual on-day CGV cinemas movie tickets value of a total MOP$600 or above, follow NOVA Mall’s Facebook page and fill their personal information in the online survey system. After the staff of this promotional activity verifies the valid gift redemption QR code, customers are eligible to redeem a JOGUMAN lantern, JOGUMAN gift or CGV Cinemas coupon. Total movie ticket value will be added up with the price listed on the each on-day movie ticket. A "redeemed" stamp will be chopped on all on-day tickets.
